Welcome to Surf + Soul — a luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bath beach retreat designed for movement, rest, and connection, just 950 feet from the Atlantic on North Carolina’s Crystal Coast.

From sunrise coffee on the deck to sunset swims and starlit conversations, Surf + Soul invites you to slow down and settle into the rhythm of the coast. With generous gathering spaces, spa-inspired comforts, and standout wellness amenities, this home is ideal for active couples, families, and friends who want both adventure and ease—without sacrificing style or comfort.

PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is not final until the signed rental agreement has been returned. The pool is heated from April through October. Additional details are outlined below.

MAIN FLOOR LIVING AREA --- Where Everyone Comes Together

You’ll enter Surf + Soul on the second floor, where the home opens immediately into a bright, expansive living space designed for togetherness. The open-concept layout connects the Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen so conversations flow easily— whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or gathering around the table.

The Living Room offers generous seating for your group, a cozy gas fireplace, a large 65” ROKU Smart TV for movie nights or game-day viewing, and a shuffleboard table that invites friendly competition and laughter.

The Dining Area features comfortable seating for eight, perfect for lingering meals, board games, or planning the next day’s adventures.

The Kitchen is both beautiful and functional, with plenty of space to prepare favorite meals, morning protein smoothies, or frozen cocktails in the evening. High-end appliances include an induction cooktop paired with ceramic Caraway cookware for clean, non-toxic cooking. Small appliances are thoughtfully stocked so everything from casual breakfasts to celebratory dinners feels effortless.

On the main living level (2nd floor), you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom.
• The Oyster King Room is a spacious retreat featuring a private balcony overlooking the pool and a spa-inspired bathroom with a rainfall shower.
• The Shoreline King Room offers a calm, coastal feel with its own private bath featuring dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
• The Saltwater + Sunsets Queen Room is warm and inviting, complete with its own private bathroom.

Then downstairs on the 1st floor, you’ll find the fourth bedroom:
• The Seashell Queen Room, a generous space with two queen beds and a private bathroom just off the lounge—perfect for families or guests who enjoy extra space.

Please Note: Every bedroom includes a Smart ROKU TV, bedside charging stations, and fresh, high-quality linens that are laundered after every stay. All bathrooms are stocked with premium Soapbox color-safe shower products.

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA --- Play, Relax, or Recharge

The first floor lounge offers another inviting space to gather, unwind, or play. Enjoy a stylish bar for mixing drinks, a large TV for sports or movies and room to relax with board games or conversation.

Fitness is a core part of the Surf + Soul experience, and the 12’ x 20’ garage gym is intentionally outfitted for guests who like to move! And when the work is done, recovery is just steps away—follow your workout with time in the outdoor spa or a cold plunge to reset and recharge (more on that below).

Please use the equipment responsibly, re-rack weights after use, and train within your comfort level, so everyone in your group can enjoy the space safely.

Surf + Soul is a place to reconnect, either with your family, friends or just yourself. Throughout the home, you’ll find inviting spaces—indoors and out—to take a breath, move your body, share a meal and simply be present. Surf + Soul was created to help guests leave feeling refreshed, energized, and more connected than when they arrived.

--- OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE ---

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement to review within 24 hours. Once this agreement is electronically signed, your booking will be finalized.

PARKING: Ample parking is provided in the driveway for four or more vehicles. Please note that parking in the garage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your stay. Parking on Periwinkle Drive or neighboring streets is also not permitted.

PETS: Up to two housebroken, non-aggressive dogs, each weighing 50b or less, are welcome at Surf + Soul. You are required to disclose the breed, age and weight of each dog and to clean up after your pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). You must also follow several ‘common sense’ house rules shared in our rental agreement (e.g. not allowed on furniture or in pool/spa, etc.). Additional pet fees apply.

POOL: The 14' x 28' saltwater pool is maintained at a minimum temperature of 82 degF at no additional charge from April through October.

GOLF CART: There is a 4-seater golf cart included in your rental at no additional charge. You must follow the Town of Emerald Isle’s rules and regulations at all times when operating the golf cart. You are responsible for any and all damages resulting from your use of the golf cart.

BICYCLES: Access to 4 Jamis Taxi beach cruiser bicycles is provided in your rental at no additional charge. There are two sets of ‘his and her’ adult bikes.

WHOLE HOUSE GAS: The propane gas tank supports the fireplace, tankless hot water heater, grill and fire table. The tankless water heater means you’ll never run out of hot water!

SECURITY CAMERAS/NOISE DETECTION: There are 3 exterior cameras on the property for guest safety – one at the first floor garage door, one at the second floor entry door and one under the front deck facing the driveway. There is also one noise detection devices on the property located inside in the main living area.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
